Alexander BertramĀ  – Partner and Founder

Alexander Bertram is both an experienced software developer and a humanitarian professional with field experience in Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His diverse experiences as a GIS software engineer, project manager for IOM, and research consultant for Altai Consulting in Afghanistan uniquely equip him to translate the specific needs of humanitarian enterprises into information systems that work. Prior to starting Bedatadriven, Alexander was the Information Management Officer for UNICEF’s Emergency Section in eastern DRC.

 

Claire Barnhoorn – Project Leader Humanitarian Information Systems

Claire Barnhoorn worked, conducted research and traveled in many countries in Africa, Asia and Europe. She holds an MSc in Humanitarian Action (NOHA) from UCD Dublin and a BSc in International Development Studies from Wageningen University. She is a humanitarian professional with a specialization in humanitarian project management, relief coordination, logistics, need assessments and advocacy.
